We are proud to announce that Tarek El-Maissi, President & Principal of CREDE International, was appointed in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – Urban Development Advisory Committee. The Urban Development Advisory Committee helps provide oversight and recommendations for all Real Estate Development and Management, Innovation and Technology, Property and Facility Management, Spatial and Geographic, and overall Business Transactions.

Mr. El-Maissi brings 30-plus years of capital construction and International experience to the Urban Development Advisory Committee. He will help provide valuable input as they strive towards Vision 2030 for Saudi Arabia.
