In partnership with Greenlaw Partners, CREDE is pleased to announce the acquisition of 17.5 acres of real estate for the construction and development of 230,000 square feet of light industrial buildings in a tiered 4 building complex on Pecos Road just east of Power in Arizona. We want to thank Steve Larsen, of JLL's industrial group for the assistance and brokerage on the transaction for the joint venture's first foray into South East Mesa.
Consultant team members working and assisting on the project are Malcomb for Architectural, Cole & Associates for Civil Engineering, Uprite Construction Corporation as General Contractors, and Project Management Services to be administered by CREDE.
Ted Torres, Managing Director for CREDE and based in Scottsdale, spearheaded the acquisition after a quite thorough market search over the course of a year. "The project is located in the Pecos Road Employment Opportunity Zone (PREOZ), which provides for a streamlined approval process, and is perfectly situated for a multitude of light industrial operations located just south of Phoenix/Mesa Gateway Airport. This is what attracted us to the area, and we look forward to being a part of the tremendous growth of the City of Mesa, Arizona", stated Mr. Torres.
