Situated on a 19.62-acre site, the project features eight buildings, each thoughtfully arranged to maximize operational efficiency and offer flexibility for tenants.
The redevelopment efforts encompassed a complete redesign of the site layout, including significant improvements to traffic flow. These enhancements were strategically implemented to optimize the overall operational efficiency of the development, while also unlocking new leasing opportunities and increasing the appeal for prospective tenants.
