TVWD - Temescal Valley Water District Facility Improvements

Murow Development Consultants provided Bid Coordination, Labor Compliance, Project Management and Construction Management services to update and expand the plant's capacity for, water treatment as the demand grows with new master-planned community projects in Temescal Valley. This involved maintaining normal plant operations and adding three (3) additional Sequencing Batch Reactors (SBRs), two (2) additional Aerobic Digesters with a Biofilter, demolition of the plant's Grit Chamber and construction of a state-of-the-art Primary Sedimentation Tank with a Biofilter including a remodeled the EQ Pump Station with 2 (two) added Influent Valve Vaults, an SD Pump Station, and a full electrical overhaul of the existing system and updating the SCADA schematics to operate the new equipment.
