The Turtle Bay Resort renovation was an extensive undertaking within an 880-acre master-planned hospitality project situated on the iconic North Shore of Oahu. This large-scale project revitalized the resort’s offerings, enhancing its appeal as a premier destination for visitors from around the world.
The scope of the renovation included upgrades to the 404-room hotel, 42 luxury cabanas, and 48 oceanfront villas. Additionally, all common area pools, seven on-site restaurants, the resort’s spa, tennis courts, and two championship golf courses were meticulously renovated to elevate the guest experience.
This exceptional project was honored with the NAIOP "Renovation of the Year" award in 2004, recognizing its excellence in design, execution, and its lasting impact on the luxury hospitality sector in Hawaii.
