The project involved the development of a 170,000-square-foot state-of-the-art Health Center for the University of Utah, alongside a 150,000-square-foot Class A Medical Office Building. This premier healthcare and medical office facility was designed to meet the growing demands of the university and the broader community.
In addition to the medical components, the project included the construction of a 238-unit mid-rise multifamily residential complex, offering modern living spaces with convenient proximity to the health center. A 1,200-stall underground parking garage was also developed to improve accessibility and convenience for both residents and visitors.
The project’s exceptional design and execution earned it the prestigious Salt Lake City NAIOP "Development of the Year" award in 2020, recognizing its significant impact on the region’s real estate and healthcare landscape.
